Christ Lutheran Church in Byron is seeking an Assistant in Ministry to work alongside our pastor in supporting the life of the congregation and helping people grow in faith and community. This is a paid position. We’re looking for someone grounded in Lutheran theology who has a heart for teaching, leadership, and building meaningful programs. This role includes helping coordinate Wednesday night ministries, leading the high school youth group, and supporting other youth activities. This person will also connect with young adults, building relationships and helping strengthen community both in person and online. There may also be opportunities to assist with parts of Sunday morning ministry.
