The Synod Youth Ministry Event Coordinator will work in collaboration with Office of the Bishop staff and youth ministry leaders from congregations throughout the synod to plan and implement regular synod-wide and conference-based youth ministry events for middle and high school aged students. Events should foster faith formation, connection between students throughout the synod, and encourage local collaboration. Trinity Lutheran Church in Owatonna, Minnesota is calling an individual to serve as our Director of Senior High Ministries. Trinity is a vibrant, growing congregation that cares deeply about belonging, relationships, and helping young people grow in faith. Our high school students are engaged, thoughtful, and eager for authentic connection, and we are looking for someone who feels called to walk alongside them as they explore life, faith, and who God created them to be.

This role is centered on building relationships, mentoring students, and creating spaces where young people feel known, supported, and encouraged. You would be joining a supportive staff team and a congregation that believes deeply in investing in the next generation. Consider whether you or someone you know might be called to serve in this meaningful ministry.

Ministry partners (colleges, seminaries, camps, etc.) outside of the synod may be published at our discretion. Pastoral openings may not be submitted.
