3. . . 2. . . 1. . . Tanzania!

After months of waiting and preparation, the Southeastern Minnesota Synod visit to the Central Diocese of Tanzania is almost here! On Sunday afternoon, a team of 13 - including Bishop Regina Hassanally and A2B Kathy Chatelaine - will take off on a 20-hour journey across the Atlantic Ocean, over Europe, and then through the skies of north, central and east Africa, ultimately landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport at 20:30 (Tanzania time). 

We invite you to journey with us via this Tanzania Visit blog and hope to regularly update you on our adventures - all dependent on internet access! There will be a variety of authors, a LOT of photos, and perhaps even a few words in Kiswahili. We ask you to keep our team in your prayers as we prepare, travel, and then immerse ourselves with our global companions in the wonders of Tanzania.
