Registration
Pre-register online now!
- Cost: $180 per person
- Youth cost: $75 (age 18 and under as of 5/2/26)
- Closes April 9
On-site registration will be available upon arrival. The cost per person is $250.
Pre-Assembly Report
- The Pre-Assembly Report will be available here for download no later than April 15.
- All attendees are encouraged to download a copy they can access during the assembly.
- No print copies will be provided.
- Contents include the proposed agenda, proposed spending plan, assembly rules, election and nomination details, internal and external reports, celebrations, and more.
Nominations

Meal Choices
Below, you will find details regarding the meal choices available to you during online registration.
Box Lunches: Served with potato chips and a cookie.
- Chicken Schwarma Sandwich – Marinated chicken served in pocket bread with tomatoes, lettuce, and signature garlic aioli sauce.
- Ham Sandwich – Slices of ham with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, served on wheatberry bread.
- Turkey Sandwich – Slices of turkey with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, served on wheatberry bread.
- Falafel Sandwich (Vegetarian option) – Crispy falafel balls served in pocket bread with tomatoes, lettuce, and signature garlic aioli sauce.
Salad Lunch: Gluten-free and does not include a cookie.
- Chef Salad (Gluten-free) – Mixed salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, rolled turkey, roast beef and ham, cheese, and homemade ranch dressing.
On-Site Accommodations
- New! Closed captioning will be provided on one of the main projection screens.
- If you will be attending the event and have a specific accommodation request, please contact the office as soon as possible, but no later than April 15.

This year’s assembly offering will support what the Holy Spirit is doing through the synod's campus ministries and candidacy process, supporting young adults and emerging leaders as they discern God’s call. Ten percent of the offering will be directed toward International Women Leaders of the ELCA which empowers women from global companion churches through education, scholarships, and training. Thank you for your partnership and generosity!
How do I give? What if I won't be there?
- Any person or congregation may give online anytime at Online Giving (select the fund 'Synod Assembly Offering')
- A gift can be brought to the assembly to offer during the worship service. An offering envelope will be included in your welcome packet when you arrive on Saturday.
