Note: Each congregation should have received their congregation and password from the ELCA. If you are unable to locate this information, you may call the synod office (507-280-9457).

In mid-January 2025, all ELCA congregations, SAWCs, and new starts will receive the 2024 Annual Congregation Report letter through the mail. Whether you complete Form A electronically or on paper, please submit it by March 1, 2025.
