We are planning a one-day, in-person event, to be held at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato.
Check this page for all updates and new information as it becomes available.

Cost

$150 per voting member (through April 20)
Late registration: $200 per voting member (April 21-27)
$75 per youth voting member (age 18 and under as of May 7, 2022)

Plan to Bring:

We have a list of items you should plan to bring with you to make the most of your time at the assembly.

  1. Smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Each attendee will need a smart device that can connect to the internet via wi-fi (or your own data connection). In an effort to move towards fully electronic voting, this year we plan to collect some information using an electronic voting platform. You will need to have with you a device that will allow you to connect to the internet. If you do not have one of your own, we strongly encourage you to connect with your congregation leadership for assistance or consider borrowing from a local library.
  2. A water bottle, travel mug, or cup. We will have water, coffee, and tea available throughout the event. Bringing your own drinking vessel will help cut back on paper waste and keep your drinks longer.

*Note: there will NOT be a hard copy of the Pre-Assembly Report available on each table. There will be some physical copies available on-site by request. If you wish to have a copy, we advise downloading it on your digital device or printing copies of the sections you desire and bringing it with you.

This depends on the number of members as of your latest congregation report. This document will tell you.

If this is the case, the synod can help. Please contact Rev. Emily Carson via email for details.

We strongly encourage you to download the report to your own device and utilize an electronic copy. There will be a limited number of hard copies of the full report available at the event. If you plan to have an electronic copy with you, then you do not need to print anything.
